The empty space, a body, a voice and a metronome that measures time to the last breath. Ama, the Sea Women of Japan who for years dived almost naked for shells in one breath, and Ama, the when, the once, the unfulfilled desire of a modern femininity seeking redemption in the submerged history of female emancipation, are intertwined in a poetic - dance performance by the newly formed artistic group Memento Mortis.
