Women are the first victims of all wars, mainly victims of sexual violence, exile, racism and the loss of loved ones. At the workshop, we will share basic movement tools to enable participants to physically explore the emotions evoked by the historical moment. These emotions can be filled with anger, pain, sadness and hatred, emotions that cause energy loss. The Butoh process goes through the cellular memory of the body that has been aware of human tragedy for centuries. The seminar will delve into the "suffering body", which is the perfect tool of art.
